## No log output when running in docker

Change line beginning with `CMD` from:

```Dockerfile
CMD [ "python", "app.py" ]
```

to:

```Dockerfile
CMD [ "python", "-u", "app.py" ]
```

This disabled output buffering (stdout and stderr).
