* added handwired keyboard wulkan

* added info.json for qmk configurator

* fixed spelling

* enum dont need to be assigned to zero

* removed cflag from readme

* updated rules.mk

* removed unneeded rows from config

* moved unicode to keymap conf

* fix adjust layer and comments for keymap
